Forest Bathing makes for a great corporate day out, whether as a team building event or as part of a wellbeing programme. Focused on improving mental and emotional health – unlike most days out they are not competitive, or action based.
Groups
Private individual or group sessions can also be held for families, partners and friends who wish to spend some special bonding-time together.
