I will lead you on a mindful and sensory exploration of one of Surrey’s Crown Jewels, Winkworth Arboretum near Godalming, to unearth some of these wellbeing benefits for you.
Please join me for a relaxing finish to set you up for the weekend.
Forest Bathing will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
