Forest Bathing and Painting in Nature at Richmond Park
Following a mindful and sensory exploration (including simple breathwork and meditation) of this wonderful location you will be able to draw, paint and take-home a lasting memory of your day.
Having got the audience relaxed and open the mind for creativity following the Forest Bathing session, participants would then after a short break proceed to capture nature with renowned artist and teacher Irina Taneva.
Irina is an internationally renowned artist, art teacher (adults and children) and art party’s host, currently living and working from her studio in Kingston upon Thames. Irina, Master of Art, BA (hons) in Teaching art and BA (hons) in Fashion design, has studied in UAL, Central Saint Martins, London, and in the National Academy of Arts, Sofia. Her works are collectable and can be found worldwide in museums and private collections. Irina has an innate understanding and expression of the complexity of our feelings, emotions and reactions. She will provide all equipment for teaching/supporting the drawing and painting using quick-drying acrylic paint for these nature sessions.
Find out more about Irina on her website here.
Both sessions will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie-on (e.g. Yoga Mat and/or a blanket) for the forest bathing.
Please note: Food and refreshments are not included but are available to purchase from the Tea Room during the break or you can bring your own.
Ticket price – £80.00 (5.5 hours) per person. Pre-booking essential.
