Forest Bathing at Richmond Park
Wind Down for the Weekend with Nature’s Health Service®
I will guide you and the rest of the group through a mindful and sensory exploration of London’s largest green space including some breath-work and a meditation. Sessions last for two and a half hours, and are accessible for most people.
Forest Bathing was developed in Japan in the 1980s to help people decrease stress levels following scientific studies by the Government. It is called ‘shinrin-yoku’ in Japanese, which means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or literally ‘forest bathing under the trees.
Forest Bathing will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie-on (e.g. Yoga Mat or a blanket)
Please note: Food and refreshments are not included but are available to purchase from the Tea Room after the event.
Ticket price – £35.00
