I will be leading a Forest Bathing session on Friday 21 July 2023, 9-11:30am (2.5 hours).
Developed in Japan in the 1980s, scientific evidence has shown Forest Bathing can contribute to modern day wellbeing. I will lead you on a mindful and sensory exploration of Claremont Landscape Garden and Lake to unearth some of these wellbeing benefits for you.
We are privileged to have the garden purely to ourselves for the first hour before it opens to public access. Please join me for a relaxing finish to your week and to set you up for the weekend.
Forest Bathing will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Please note: Food and refreshments are not included but is available to purchase from Claremont’s Tea Room after the event.
